Tell us a little bit about your job
It's all about words, ideas and discussion. I love coming up with the narrative, finding the angle, brainstorming the opportunities and getting it out there. The biggest challenge is getting those first three paragraphs down.
If you weren't ICG's PR Manager, what would you be doing?
Something to do with books and stories. They say we've all got one book in us, I'd love to write my own story. I'm a good listener too.
What's on your desk right now?
Some Grasmere gingerbread from the Lake District (actually, there's only a few crumbs left)

Treat others like you would like to be treated yourself

Different coloured eyes, a bit of green, hazel and brown, or maybe blue, it's hard to be sure.

My family, a cup of tea, yoga, swimming and space to think
