Account Manager

We’ve an exciting opportunity for an Account Manager to join our PR team with responsibility to help manage our growing client base.

We are looking for someone with strong copywriting skills to help deliver clients campaigns across multiple channels, providing strategy, direction and implementation.

ICG is a dynamic, full service strategic marketing agency, located between Preston and Lytham, Lancashire, with a fantastic roster of clients across a wide variety of sectors.

It's a fast paced role, managing multiple tasks and teams across all departments, whilst maintaining outstanding levels of attention to detail.

Essential Skills:

• Strong copywriting skills and strategic thinking
• Good knowledge of various media channels, marketing techniques and industries
• Ability to multi-task and run parallel streams of work in a fast paced environment
• Understanding of client business issues and requirements
• Proven ability to keep abreast of current affairs and relate them to client situations
• Professional and confident communication and presentation skills
• A commitment to achieving exceptional results
• Team player, good organisation/time management skills
• Educated to degree level or equivalent 
• Preferable to have B2B and B2C marketing experience

Your Role & Responsibilities:

• Client campaign management and delivery across multiple channels ensuring client satisfaction, retention and account development
• Copywriting & content creation: key messaging, press releases, articles, case studies, content for digital channels
• Manage, monitor and analyse budgets
• Building relationships with key media channels
