We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Manager to join one of the North West's leading marketing agencies based outside Preston, Lancashire.
You will lead a dynamic, rapidly growing digital marketing team, working closely with developers, designers and account managers to help our clients achieve success from their digital marketing campaigns.
The role requires a commercially minded digital marketer, with proven experience of working in an energetic marketing environment, looking for the progress on their career journey.
Our team is growing at pace, and you will be leading and inspiring a team of digital marketing execs, so strong organisation and time management skills are a given.
You will be responsible for digital channels such as Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic, Digital PR and Email Marketing, concentrating on driving ROI and accelerating digital transformation.
You are passionate about understanding and communicating clients’ brand stories, and equally happy developing marketing strategies as you are being hands-on deploying campaigns. You will provide valuable insight into the world of digital marketing and lead the way on SEO and PPC projects.
You know Google Ads & Analytics like the back of your hand, and are obsessed with data and improving campaign performance. Detailed knowledge of industry platforms such as Hootsuite and with social channels own Ads manager platforms is a given.
An understanding of website build projects, content management systems and website maintenance would be beneficial.
You have a friendly can-do attitude and be happy to overcome challenges with the support of a great team at ICG.

Provide end-to-end project management of multiple digital marketing projects in a positive and motivated manner.
Scope project requirements, assign tasks, monitor budgets and report progress in an open, inclusive and collective way.
Be a good communicator to ensure all members are on board with delegated tasks and understand deadlines and quality standards.
Support younger members of staff to fully understand agency life, commercial viability and general business awareness.
Not be afraid to highlight potential risks and act proactively to resolve issues with a team approach.
