Front End Web Developer

ICG is looking for a front end web developer to work with the wider digital team, who will be responsible for the converting designs into pixel perfect, fully functioning responsive websites.

Based near Preston, this web developer role will involve undertaking a range of tasks to provide solutions to the digital requirements of a diverse range of clients.

Essential Skills:

• Excellent HTML5, CSS3 & SASS, Javascript and jQuery knowledge
• Excellent front-end development skills for desktop, mobile and responsive websites
• Excellent Wordpress knowledge
• A keen eye for detail, making sure things look amazing as well as functioning perfectly
• A team player who is has a desire to always learn something new
• Maintaining existing websites, to include troubleshooting bugs and adding new features
• Knowledge of SEO and Google webmaster tools would be beneficial
• Good communication skills and ability to work within an agency environment

Desirable Skills:

• It is preferable to have experience working in an agency or big brand environment
• Good knowledge in web analytics and Google webmaster tools
• Good knowledge with Laravel
