ICG stepped Through the Keyhole to support the launch of five new housing developments with a series of show home celebrations featuring local VIPs, family-fun activities and celebratory treats.
ICG sourced all suppliers for the events as well as managing photography and filming requirements PR, website news and digital marketing.
The show home launches were a great success with sales secured and strong footfall and engagement.
To enhance Kier Living's online presence in a competitive market, ICG implemented paid Facebook and Instagram campaigns.
Adverts were tailored by development and objective focusing on brand awareness for show home launches, sales offers, plot-led deals and campaign based promotions.
ICG advised on budget allocation, content and assets for the adverts and provided checks and refinement throughout the campaigns in-charge periods.
Campaign Creative and Implementation
Kier Living wanted people to fall in love with one of their new homes - so ICG helped bring it to life for Valentine’s Day.
The love boat was well and truly pushed out with a luxury hamper give-away that was promoted via an animated campaign across paid and organic social channels. We split tested marketing tactics to maximise engagement.
The Valentine’s campaign was successful with several new sales secured over the weekend.
