We also delivered messaging about late night Christmas shopping, gift wrapping, retailer offers, gift guides and events through print, outdoor, in-centre and online advertising.
Debenhams celebrated its 40th anniversary in The Mall Blackburn 17th October 2019.
In-store celebrations were complemented by PR as well as paid and organic social content about long serving staff members, key departments and ‘trip down memory lane’ stories. Photography and video narratives brought it all to life.
Trading was up by 0.3% compared to 2018 and a company wide performance of -7.6% from 16-18th October
Sales figures up by 11.4% on the anniversary date compared to 2018 and up 18.3% compared to the rest of the group.
