Tomorrow marks a very special day for ICG as one of our longest serving staff members celebrates 20 years of service.
She arrived following a career in journalism to take up the post of PR Executive and is now our most senior account manager...and what a ride it has been!
Not only has she welcomed two lovely children into the world during this time, both of which now tower above her in height, but she has also been part of a lot of our biggest successes.
From the early days of (wellington) boots on the ground at the Royal Lancashire Show and managing national press articles for Britain's only Prime Ministerial library to the latter-day highs of leading from the front on huge accounts such as British Gas parent company Centrica Energy and world renowned risk management organisation Gexcon, Julie has never failed to deliver.
But it isn't just her outstanding skill and dedication that makes her so special to us, she brings so much more to the barn every day.
Her unique sense of humour, tales of outdoor swimming and other crazy activities, her sometimes wild hair and general organised chaos has endeared her to everyone she has met.
She's a friend to all, a listening ear in the kitchen, a companion on lunchtime walks, a wise head full of great life advice and her heart is as big as they come.
So, join us tomorrow by raising an (unfortunately socially distanced) glass to our Julie Hackett!
Here's to 20 more years of being at the heart of the ICG family.
