Taste of vintage Lancashire

When a popular Lancashire marine side cafe was prepping for a rebrand, ICG’s design team knew just the recipe.

Tastebuds at the Wharf was eager to retain its traditional, vintage vibe, with a fresh twist. For starters, ICG designed a logo using a rich inky blue, complemented with gold and cream highlights – a colour scheme that was rolled out on the cafe’s stationery suite.

The collection includes placemat style menus, accompanying drinks and dessert lists as well as a children’s pirate themed menu, complete with puzzles.

The icing on the cake was a bespoke embossing stamp and machine with their brand mark, ‘T’ – perfect to add a personal touch to napkins, menus, cake and takeaway boxes.

ICG’s digital team were also added into the mix, designing and building a content managed website following the new contemporary style.
