Laying the foundations of a new partnership with Chandler Homes

Getting into the hearts and minds of people looking for modern and stylish apartment living on the Lancashire coast is the focus of a marketing strategy for property company, Chandler Homes.


Our brief was to put their latest development, Forest Gate in Lytham - a collection of 27 luxury apartments - on the map to generate interest and sales.


With a clear understanding of the range of potential buyers, we wanted to tap into two audiences - local and North West, making the most of Lytham as a go-to coastal destination.


We created a new look for Forest Gate with a Scandinavian style muted colour palette to reflect the elegance of its interiors and its collaboration with BoConcept, designer furniture and interior design.


The brand style has been featured across a suite of marketing materials including a new website, brochure and social media assets including images and videos.



Organic and geo-targeted paid social media campaigns are now in full flow in preparation for a new show apartment launch on 25-26th May.
