What a year it’s been!

Our hard work and commitment meant that we were recognised at the Northern Marketing Awards 2018 and walked away with the title of “Best Small Agency of the Year” (up to 30 employees).

 

As well as this fabulous win, we became finalists in three prestigious awards, including the Property Marketing Awards for Best Creative Element, the Lancashire Business Awards for PR & Marketing Agency of the Year and Northern Marketing Awards for Best Retail Campaign.

 

We were over the moon to make North West Business Insider’s Top 10 PR & Marketing Agencies as we continued to grow and welcomed five new members to the ICG family. Not only that, 2018 was a fantastic year of client wins, with several new names joining our impressive client base.

 

If that wasn’t enough, our social calendar was jam-packed, starting with our annual trip away to ‘the City of a Hundred Spires’, Prague, we then ate lots and lots (and lots) of cake, for birthdays and charity initiatives, swiftly followed by a super quick team triathlon where Team ICG came first.

 

Our fitness efforts including lunchtime yoga, walking clubs and 5k runs (we needed to do something to burn off all that cake!) paid off when we were named Flyde Coast Active Workplace. The fun didn’t stop there as we ended the year with team nights out, pool tournaments and Christmas Jumper day.

 

This year has been one to remember and although the good times are a foundation for everything we do, the exceptional results we achieve for our clients continue to motivate us as we take on the challenges of 2019.

 

Take a sneak peek at some of our 2018 best bits:

  • We saw a 20% sales growth, year on year 2017/18, as a result of a seasonal campaign and re-brand, implemented by our design and branding team, for one of our retail clients
  • Our digital team celebrated 12 consecutive months of increased traffic for our client IVECO and took on new challenges, using innovative data analysis to ensure success with their website builds and digital marketing campaigns
  • 2018 brought global success for the PR team after a newborn camel was named after the Royal Prince, Louis
