Roles and Responsibilities:
- Creating and maintaining SEO strategies across a number of client websites
- Defining, prioritising and executing specific SEO tasks; including keyword research and competitor analysis, keyword performance analysis, site auditing, on-site optimisations, link building and liaising with the Web team for technical updates and PR team for content generation
- Off-Page Outreach / Digital PR. Creating of link building strategies and executing them in a timely manner
- On Page – optimising and implementing technical upgrades for website and content campaigns
- Liaising with the website and UX teams to optimise the user experience and website performance
- Produce regular client performance reports and strategic insights
Essential Skills:
- Excellent keyword research skills to identify, build and prioritise essential keyword sets
- Excellent knowledge of Google Analytics, Search Console and SEO software (Moz, SEMRush, SE Ranking)
- Excellent SEO copywriting skills
- First rate link building / link prospecting experience and demonstrate proven strategies
- Good understanding of digital marketing
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work within an agency environment
Desirable Skills:
- Agency or big brand background is preferred but not essential
- Basic web development / coding knowledge, desirable but not essential
