We're back with a new ‘Take five with…’. In the spotlight is one of ICG's newest recruits to our Digital Marketing team, Chloe Jervis.
Tell us a little bit about your job?
I'm part of the digital marketing team at ICG; this involves creating, implementing and monitoring paid and organic content for a range of clients. I'm also involved with content writing for blogs and coming up with ideas for link building and influencer campaigns.
If you weren't a Digital Marketing Executive, what would you be doing?
I love working at ICG, but I also wouldn't mind working at a beach cafe in Hawaii or somewhere near the sea.
What's on your desk right now?
A HUGE bottle of H2o, a plant, my MacBook and a notepad.
"I never let a day go by without..."
What is the best piece of advice you've ever been given?
Never make a big decision on a bad day.
What is an interesting fact about yourself?
I've held a baby shark.
Name five things you can't live without?
My family, my friends, my dog Freddie (named after the legendary Freddie Mercury), the beach, and oldie but goldie tunes.
We're about to put the kettle on, how would you like your brew?
Matcha tea, oat milk and a drizzle of honey…this is my inner barista talking!
Finally, how have you found your first few months working at ICG?
My first few months at ICG have been great! One of the main highlights was attending a client's Eco Festival, delivering real-time social content. It was such an exciting project to help with, I can't wait for more events like this. There has been lots of learning and getting to know ICG's clients - seeing ideas come to life and getting great results for our clients is the best feeling.
