Get to know one of ICG’s latest recruits in the next instalment of our ‘Take five with…’ series.
Lucy Wignall joined as Digital Marketing Apprentice after leaving school earlier this year. She supports the Digital Marketing team across our diverse range of clients, alongside completing her course.
So far Lucy has successfully helped organise a blogger event, created and implemented monthly social media calendars and supported digital PR activities.

If you weren't a Digital Marketing Apprentice, what would you be doing?
I’d most likely be in college working towards gaining further qualifications that would allow me to progress to taking a marketing degree. Instead, I’ve opted for an apprenticeship with ICG, where I’ll obtain my qualifications and then hopefully I can progress to a marketing degree.
What's on your desk right now?
A box of Cadbury’s Heroes, it’s sadly full of empty wrappers. I have a weakness for the caramel milk chocolate ones!

Giving my best friend a call to update her on my life, including what I’ve been up to each day with pictures to explain - slight attachment issues!
What is the best piece of advice you've ever been given?
Live every moment to the fullest with no regrets.
What is an interesting fact about yourself?
I can do acrylic nails, which is why I was known in highschool by my teachers as the girl with the longest nails!
Name five things you can't live without?
Hmm, well firstly going out for food, closely followed by getting my nails and lashes done.
My bed and my family - Jaffa Cakes, and ICG just so happen to have them in mass supply!
Finally, we're about to put the kettle on, how would you like your brew?
I’m not a coffee or tea drinker I'm afraid, please can I have a hot chocolate instead?
