We asked the questions and analysed the answers. After two years of covid, no one could have fully predicted a cost of living crisis, inflation and the war in Ukraine.


As a result, the outcomes of our 2023 marketing survey paint a mixed picture.


While most people were confident about the road ahead, the percentage of ‘very confident’ respondents was back to 2021 levels - a pandemic year.


Businesses continue to be confident enough to make marketing plans for the full year which is great news and the need for a marketing agency to deliver a ‘partnership approach’ was once again ranked top.
