With a major new development of 27, two-bedroom apartments on the Lancashire coast known as Forest Gate, the team at Chandler Homes approached ICG as the properties were heading towards completion.

Our brief was to put Forest Gate on the map to generate interest and sales, making the most of the apartments’ stylish interiors and sought-after location.

Elevating the brand

Getting into the hearts and minds of people looking for modern apartment living on the Lancashire coast was the focus of our marketing strategy.

With a clear understanding of the range of potential buyers, we wanted to tap into two audiences – local and North West, making the most of Lytham as a go-to coastal destination.

We created a new look with a Scandinavian style muted colour palette to reflect the elegance of the interiors and collaboration with BoConcept, designer furniture.

The website had an important role to play in generating awareness and inspiring people to make the next step – make an inquiry or book a viewing.

With prices starting at £315,000, we created a new website to reflect the high-quality build of the apartments.

Icons were used to help people quickly understand all the benefits of a Forest Gate apartment from sustainable living to enhanced safety and security.

Call to actions were strategically placed throughout the site alongside important information about the local area.

Chandler Homes’ portfolio of partners were also featured to provide trust signals and demonstrate the expertise and professionalism behind the development.

Launch Event

With spring being widely recognised as one of the optimum times of year to buy and sell property, a date was set for the show apartment launch at the end of May.

ICG ensured the website, printed materials and social media profiles were all updated in the new style in time for the launch.

The event was featured extensively on social media and we worked alongside Chandler Homes’ appointed estate agent to coordinate activity.
